Mother-Son dance for my mom and Autistic brother?

I am getting married next fall and my sister and I thought it would be a nice thing to do to give my mom and brother a Mother-Son dance at my wedding. She will never get the opportunity otherwise and he is the only son in our family. I would love to end the song with a transition into the chicken dance (my brother's favorite!) to lighten the mood if its really emotional (which I am sure it will be).

First, what are your thoughts on doing this? And second, any suggestions for a fitting song? Any help is appreciated!!

Have you tried dancing with you brother before, or ever noticed he could adapt to dancing?

The only way is to do a test run when you are all together.  See if noise and movements are right for him.

I know John Denver music which have been played with the "Muppets" show/ movies is calming and peaceful to play.  So if you can get some old youtube or recordings of the muppet characters with this music... then he may associate the tv show with the music.
