Favorite Dario Argento movies?

I've seen every single one of his films (lifelong horror fan, here). My personal top ten Argento flicks:

9. Trauma

8. Stendhal Syndrome

7. Deep Red

6. Suspiria

5. Phenomena

4. Inferno

3. Four Flies on Grey Velvet

2. Opera

1. Tenebre

Definitely Suspiria.

Certainly a great director here. One film I really enjoyed, or rather two films I enjoyed, that no one else has seemed to mention is Demons and Demons 2. I actually thought there was some great scenes in both movies with some great low budget special effects, some of the things you come to love and appreciate when enjoying old Italian exploitation movies.

I would say check those out!

Suspiria would be my favorite, although Opera is a very close second. That was quite the contrast on such a seemingly genteel profession and culture as opera. Deep Red was good as well.

Susperia then Deep Red.

I loved Suspira. The ambience of the film and the music are just fantastic.
