How could I wear my baby bangle?

Right, so when I was a baby I got a baby bangle, I'm nearly 21 now and obviously it doesn't fit me, but I want to wear it in some way, possibly on a necklace but it would fall off, is there any other way?

    It will not fit you or you can make a duplicate just like your baby bangle
