Teens: How do you reward yourself?
Whether it's for school goals, workout or just random goals you've set for yourself, how do you reward yourself?
I need some ideas on how to reward myself to keep myself motivated, I'm not really looking for massive weight loss (I don't need it), but I need some ideas! I don't usually reward myself and I'm looking to tone up and train for the ski season to just improve and become just more of the skier I can be.
I like music, photography, makeup, I might need some new workout clothes or new clothes for the winter. Just any ideas on specific things I could reward myself if you guys have ideas, would be nice, I'm not good at picking stuff
There's also a trampoline training center that I really like that I could reward myself with small few day goals (like ___ number of crunches/pushups/bicep curls in 2-3 days and I can go).
BQ: Any goals in the works right now?
BQ2: What's your favorite form of cardio?
BQ3: Have you tried paddle boarding?
I know I usually don't do any of the rewards either, I just wanted to try something new
That's the only reason why I feel like I deserve to do a rewards system, I've had years and years of goals without recognition or rewards that were planned and I feel like I didn't fully appreciate the work I did by passing it off as nothing.

I always reward myself by treating myself to something. Whether that be a nice meal, or a movie or some clothes or a good night out. I just like having fun and I work hard in life so I think I deserve it and I have the money :s
BQ: Yep, to do well in my exams and ace my presentations
BQ2: None really but I like swimming, dancing and yoga
BQ3: Yeah didn't like it

Well to me exercise kind of has its own rewards. It makes me feel good and helps me sleep better, and just knowing I'm getting stronger/healthier is pretty cool.
As for other things, I never really think about rewarding myself, beyond "when you get this done you can do whatever you feel like." I definitely don't buy things because I hate spending money, particularly on myself. But you know what you like.
I guess I don't really believe in the rewards system personally because I feel like when there's something I have to do, I'm only doing what I should be doing, so there's been nothing special accomplished, and really I should be working harder than I am, not feeling like I've done something good when I've completed my goals. That's kind of what goals are for. Once you reach one you set a new one. Work is rewarding in itself
BQ: I'm just trying to finish high school right now. I'm also sort of trying to read 100 new books before the end of the year. I need to do a couple of things before I can apply to university. Oh, and I'm trying to be able to do cartwheels again. So yeah, those are just a few... I need to learn to drive too.
BQ2: Hmm... Not something I think about too much. I enjoy running, but I don't do much of that. Jumping rope is supposed to be really good, and it's kind of fun, especially if you have people to do it with.
BQ3: Yes I have, and it's so cool! I did it in Montreal

I buy myself stuff. Makeup, clothes, jewellery, a cute new phone case or sometimes, if I'm feeling fat, some food. Sometimes I reward myself emotionally by spending time with my daughter and just having precious time, but for *myself* usually it's actual things.
BQ: Not really. Well, I want to lose weight but I haven't done anything about it so I wouldn't say it's a goal, just something I want in the near future when it becomes a problem (it's not problematic right now).
BQ: I don't do cardio.
BQ: Nope, what is it?

However you want to. Everyone has different ways of rewarding themselves, relaxing, going out, spending. Think of all the things you want to do and how your work and effort can make that happen. Though John pretty much has it summed up, haha.
BQ: Getting through coursework, exams, school
BQ2: Those rowing machines ;')
BQ3: Nope, sounds fun

I don't really reward myself. I just reach that goal, rewarding myself just slows it down.
BQ: To stop being scared of flying footballs.
BQ2: Trampolines are a lot of fun.
BQ3: Yep.

By doing nothing
BQ: To make it to the weekend
BQ2: I don't know what that means. I like running if that counts.
BQ3: No
