Hello! we are german couple and son. We want to spend 5th oct. - 16. dec. 2013 in
Boca Raton. We are searching an Appartment during this time. We need some good ideas. We prefer close to beach (Delray) thank you very much.

most apartments require at minimum a 6 month lease( and the vast majority is actually 12 months) and are NOT furnished.
Vacation rentals( furnished homes and condos) will NOT take long term requests.. usually no more than 2 weeks.
