If you want something that looks decent real, you should go for finding footage movies.

If you're looking for something that's realistic, but professionally filmed. Try hostel, Saw, The collector, psycho, American psycho.

It takes a really good horror film to scare me. I end up laughing at most of them. But "The Hills Have Eyes" scared the crap outta me! "The Collector" is good as well.

predator 1987 is one of the most realistic horror film,see it and you will never forget it

Mark of the Devil (1972? I think). German made. Crazy witch torture stuff.

The Exorcist of Emily Rose is real story and its really scArry....!!

"THEM".. Trailer looked **** and I think its foreign but I remember thinking DAMN THIS IS SCARY.. And based on real events!
