A lot of waistbelts with pockets are available, search for hiking goods. If you're creative, you can try making one by taking a simple waistbelts and sew pockets to it (or just small bags, maybe even those big cell phone bags?). You can buy good craft stuff on eBay. I forgot what that stuff is called in English as I'm Dutch, but that kinda sticky stuff for fabric and such; what you could stick the ball to in the second link, you can get those of good quality and for a reasonable price on eBay. I ordered that myself as well. Try looking for some tutorials, maybe?
