ATV - Quad - Registration?
it´s allowed to drive an ATV on the Highways and is´t possible to get an registration Plate for them?
Where I can buy an ATV in Bicol / Albay Region?
I mean in the Philippines... not in the USA !

It needs to be registered as a farm work vehicle. I think DMV. But the speed limit is 25mph and it can only be on road during farm work or you will get a ticket if your just joy riding. I'm not 100% sure but you might need to put a orange triangle slow vehicle thing on it also. USA

Like other person said, it must be registered as a farm or work vehicle, and can only be driven on mainly country roads, they cannot be driven on highways though
