Math question?? A teacher tells her students that on a 100-question test...?
A teacher tells her students that on a 100-question test, the answer to every third question is C and the answer to every fourth question is B. Based on this, how many questions can be answered using her suggestion?
why is the answer 50?
In a hundred question test how can you determine how many third and fourth questions are there??

According to the teacher, there should be 33 questions
whose answer is C, and 25 questions whose answer is B.
That's 58 questions.
But the teacher's system fails at every 12th question, because
the answer can't be B and C.
There are eight such questions, which have to be subtracted
from the total. That leaves 50 questions in all.

3rd 3,6,9,12,15..........................99 33 questions
4th 4,8,12,16,20.......................100 25 questions
Answer is 58 questions can be answered using her suggestion but I don't rate this teacher one bit :)
