2+ years administrative/office experience preferred
Demonstrated verbal & written communication skills
Excellent typing skills (50+ wpm)
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in operating all equipment within the reception area (i.e. telephone, fax, copier, postage machine, FedEx program)
Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently on a daily basis
Detail oriented
Team player attitude
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
