okay i went to the job interview for hairdressing repentance and he asked me "are you aware of what to do" i said yeah he replied again it's like i didn't understand the question. so i explained to him that what i will do in the job i said "well washing hair and drying it and cleaning the floor. it looked at him like he knew i didn't understand the question. can you please guys tell me what does he mean by that? i am afraid to apply to any job because i don't know what to tell them for example there is a jobs don't say what is the role  should i say depending on my role?

Do you mean a hairdressing apprentice? 
You need to practice interview technique with some friends and relatives, or do lots more interviews so you lose your nervousness.
Research any job you want to apply for. Now you know what they want, you need to find out what is required. You were close with your answer

Research the role thoroughly before you go to interview. Ask hairdressers that you may know but don't just ask what they do ask how they do it and when someone asks you this question you can talk in depth about certain roles you will assatain.
