If a massive natural disaster ever struck my area, I'd expect to be sent to a FEMA camp.
And I'd also expect to be given food, clothing, and medical attention.
And once the National Guard cleared up the majority of the disaster and it was safe to go back home, I'd totally expect to leave the FEMA camp of my own free will.
Oh, wait a minute. Let me try that again wearing my tinfoil hat...
