Brides with glasses: At your wedding, did you wear your glasses or did you take them off?

I wore my glasses the entire time. I would've been stumbling around like a drunk if I hadn't, as I can't see more than 2 feet in front of my face without them. Plus, I personally feel my glasses look good on me (I wouldn't choose frames that didn't). I have a pretty good collection of them, so I wore a sleek white pair. It's not like anyone doesn't see me in them all the time anyways...

I wear glasses but on my wedding day I had no choice but to not wear them. Went to shower and when I came out couldn't find them anywhere. All my family looked everywhere. I was planning on wearing them but am glad I didn't. The pictures came out great.

The only thing I reget about not having them is that I wasn't able to see all of our guests who came because we didn't have a receiving line and instead greeted people at their tables.

It really is up to you. I would say though if you aren't accustomed to wearing contacts try some out a few months before the wedding to allow for adjustment (sometimes your eyes can water for a bit while getting used to them. But I have had friends who have worn their glasses and the pictures came out great too.

Whatever you decide just let your makeup person know so they can plan you eye makeup properly.

if you usually wear them all the time, then wear them! people who wear glass all the time, look weird without them.
