Is there a way I can get thicker legs my bf and I where just downstairs of our apt which there's a small gym and he started laughing at me saying I look funny because I have skinny legs that I look like a duck so I just came back stairs it made me feel bad because I already hate my body and he just made it worse

He shouldn't have said that to you. It was hurtful and rude. Be thankful you have thin legs. I've had horribly thick legs even when I was skinny.
Let him know it wasn't funny and hurt your feelings. If he continues to do things like this you might want to decide whether you want to be around someone that has no concern for your feelings.
