Copy the Microsoft Office suite to disk or external hard drive.

Then wipe the computer of everything by reformatting the hard drive. It is not enough to just delete your files because anyone can recover them. Reformatting destroys all files.

Load the Microsoft Office Suite back on.

Best to have it done by a friend who has done this before or take it to your local computer repair guy.

I have had viruses several times and my computer guy charged me $100 each time to remove everything from my computer then reload all my program disks. When I hook up to internet again, the programs upgrade automatically.
