    First, a Rookie league.

    If he looks good there. then low Class A.

    Then at age 20. a look see at MLB level during spring training and probable assignment to an AA league club.

    By then, we will be able to reasonably estimate his talent ceiling.

    It is a slow process, so don't hold your breath
