Talking to Vietnamese girls?
Hi currently I'm living in Vietnam and have seen a lot of hot/cute girls on the street, especially on their bycicle haha for a reason I find Vietnamese girls in Vietnam a lot prettier than Viets in foreigner countries and even hotter than Japanese and Korean who tends to do plastic surgeries. Anyway is there a chance to get a girl on the street like when I'm riding my bycicle and talk to some cute girls? Is there any good cafe in here? Near Hai Phong!

Nope not a chance. Unless you're speaking perfect Viet, they will be shocked and run away/pedal bicycles away.
Only the richer ones that have the ability to travel could speak English; the rest, even through school/colleges, can't speak English.

If you're a nice guy and can speak Vietnamese then I'm sure it's possibly.
Be careful, some South East Asian girls are gold diggers use foreign men as ticket out of their own country.

There's always a chance although you didn't state your ethnicity. I am sure Viet girls are like East Asian girls.. you know the stereotypical girls
