How can I stop stressing on my period?

I have anxiety, when I get my period which I got today, I get really anxious. It's all because I have this thing about being hydrated, and I try to be hydrated, but when I'm on my period I can't tell if I am or not because, the way I tell is if my urine is a light yellow or clear, obviously all I see is blood. And it stresses me out to think I could maybe be dehydrated and not know it. I hate my period, I feel like crying because it's so stressful for me and I hate being stressed,

    dear sister, i understand your mental situation when u face these. you know while period time what you are losing blood is not really good one, it is an automatic natural mechanism which should be done commonly in all females. so, no need to feel tension. better be habituate with meditation regularly. this gives you tons of energy from your inner-side. drink minimum 8 to maximum 12 glasses of water a day. symptoms which explained by you is nothing abnormal. everything is normal and you are very healthy. enjoy the each and every moment of life given by god accept what you get and what you not. simple formula, never give up and never expect.............accept all the time.......

    acceptance gives you happiness and happiness gives you health, finally health gives you everything.

    Drink a glass of water with a well melted spoon of honey in it as a breakfast (I'm not sure it would stop you from stressing out, if you want to know more about it search Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him breakfast)

    Also, maybe eating dates will help

    I think I heard dates are good for cramps when pregnent (or about to give birth), I think tthey're good for period cramps too

    Drink more water (maybe 8 glasses a day)
