July 29th-August 1st, they should roughly come the same time every month. Depends on how your cycle is because everyones is different so there isnt really a way of personally calculating yours, only you can because only you know how and when your periods roughly come.

Your cycle could be 26 days

it could be 40 days.

so you need to know at least 2 of the dates your period started to get a better idea of YOUR personal cycle.
