Does anyone know the names of any companies that create/make arm and wrist splints?

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in my right wrist and have lost/limited movement in my hand and was looking to design a split to help me recover. I am looking for a company that would be prepared to help me make and create some kind of device to help. Does anyone know any companies like this??

Thanks

Update:

Thanks!

Im in the UK so a company based there would be good thanks!

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ADDITIONAL DETAILS: I did provide a UK firm, The Beautiful Splint Company in North Yorkshire, that will do custom fabrication earlier in the post below. If you want more choices, you can find them by websearching "custom splints UK." Some of the websites you'll find doing that will want you to go through a doctor AND a physiotherapist to get yours for the reasons discussed below.

ORIGINAL ANSWER: Custom splint fabrication is done, but most often here in the states, it's done by going to see an orthopedist for a prescription for physical therapy (physiotherapy in the UK, of course), and the therapist fabricates the splint following the doc's written instructions. This can be done with or without therapeutic exercise.

Here's a paper about this by a physical therapy firm in the states:

If the physiotherapy route is not open to you, here's a UK company that will do this:

And here's a US company that will do it:

You will normally need a written prescription from a doctor for the splint design, because it's a medical device, and the wrong design for you could be harmful to your recovery. The prescription should be written by a doctor with some expertise, probably not a GP. One big advantage of having the splint fabricated by a therapist in your vicinity is that it's easier to get adjustments made if needed.

Good luck in your recovery. Complex Regional Pain Syndrome can be quite nasty.

Had the same problem. It doesn't take long for the wrist to become lazy and reliant on the splint. In My case I started removing the splint every day and gently got the strength back.Your local Hospital should be able to supply You with a list of companies that design and manufacture prosthetic devices.
