Chords for a song - Why would this question be deleted by yahoo?

Question

I've asked a question four times and it's been deleted four times.

The question was, can you help me work out the chords to a song?

The first two times I put an external link, then I learned that you can't put external links in YA for some reason.

So the second two times I just named the song.

Why would that question be deleted?

PS - it's not a famous song, so there are no chords available elsewhere online.

I would name the song here, but maybe naming songs is banned (???)

It would be nice if YA gave reasons for deleting questions instead of simply mentioning community guidelines, which doesn't mention anything about naming songs being against the rules.

Someone got confused about the 'Solicitation' rule and reported your question, in error.

It wouldn't be solicitation, because the answerer cannot sit with you, in person, and show you the chords.  Answerers could only *tell* you what the chords are for that song.

Therefore, there is no difference between "Can you help me work out the chords to a song?" and "What are the chords to this song?".  Neither question is a violation.

Also, you are allowed to post external links, depending on the link and the reason for the link.
If you posted a link to the song, someone *might* have taken issue with 'Copyright Violation'.

Appeal, within 7 days, using link in your Violation Notice.

EDIT:  If someone provided the chords, it would not be copyright violation, as another answer stated.

First, your question was deleted four times as a result of a solicitation violation. Remember you don't solicit other users for any reason whatsoever.

Second, Yahoo had no hand in the deletion of your question. It's a community of users, who are very familiar with the Community Guidelines, whose reports that made it happen four times over.

You are asking other users to do something for you, which is called solicitation. 

It was not deleted by Yahoo. Users with a somewhat high trust level report things that they feel are violations.

Links are OK as long as they are directly related to the question. Questions are deleted after 4 days if there are no answers.

You are asking a member to do something for you, you are not  seeking knowledge. Possibly reported for solicitation.

It may be to do with copyright, if someone ave you the chords it would be sharing copyrighted material
