Am I allowed to quote a USPTO patent examiner?
I'd like to know whether I am allowed to publicly quote (in a web page) the reasons for rejection given by a US patent examiner, without naming him/her.
By the way, the patent has been granted now, after an expensive and utterly needless rewrite of the claims.

The entire patent application file is available to the public and most of them are now online. You can either quote them or simply link to the file where their rejection can be found online, i.e., in the "Public PAIR" database.
Nothing written by any employee of the US government is copyrighted, if that's your concern. 17 USC 105.
