Will a softcup or tampon stop period bleeding in the urine?

Tampons and softcups hold the blood internally, So I was just wondering if they would when urinating stop the blood going into the urine as it isn't a nice sight for me, I can't stop my period from happening, so I was wondering if this was possible.

    Yes you only see blood mixing with urine if you are using pads, or using nothing
