Can anybody please help me identify what kind of insect this is?

I keep constantly finding these small centipede like insects all over the house hidden under furniture and hanging around the walls when cleaning around. Can anybody tell me the exact name of this insect. Here is a a picture i took of one of them

It is a house centipede, eats spiders and insect larvae, it can bite and I would immediately get rid of it.
