What is the rule on having a flag up in the rain?

It has started to rain but it's memerioral day so do I take it down?

    If it's an all weather flag and will not get destroyed then you keep it up, it's a symbol that we stand through anything.

    If it's not an all weather flag or the weather gets bad enough that it threatens the flag then you take it down. Stowing a flag for safe keeping is much better than allowing it to be torn off the pole and touch the ground.
