Will the eu be reformed before the uk leaves?
The current situation is just so inefficient with masses of people being paid huge sums of money to do nothing. Money is wasted massively in the EU and do you think that the idea of the UK leaving will cause reform to happen or do you think the eu will just carry on as if nothing is happening. Currently I would vote to leave however I believe the idea of unity of unity is better, it's just that the current method of European unity is absolutely ****

The problem is there are many countries that are on the receiving end of a lot of EU money and they will always be against reforms that will leave them worse off
Countries like the UK who are net contributors obviously want reforms to reduce the financial burden that the EU has become
The whole ideology behind the EU is flawed, no matter what the Pro-EU camp claim are the benefits of membership not everyone can be better off, you can never get something for nothing in this world so if a country is receiving some EU handout or whatever then somewhere down the line another country is paying for it. And it is not just monetary value, if one countries unemployment figures are good then another ones will be bad (eg Germany V Spain) if one countries trade is good then another will be suffering, all the EU is doing is spreading misery over a wide range of countries instead of allowing each one the freedom to sort it's own mess out
So to answer you question, no. even if the UK leaves there will still be battles between countries that want reform and those that don't

Smartest move that the united kingdom has made within the last 50 years was to sit down again and preserve the pound while much of the leisure of Europe moved onto a single forex. When Greece's economy failed, it damage the relaxation of Europe on the Euro greater than the uk. The reduced worth of the euro (in comparison to the pound) most effective strengthens the united kingdom economic climate on the subject of the rest of the european. Additionally, the pound is valued at nearly twice what the united states dollar is, so joining the united states would not aid the united kingdom. EDIT: So a country on the Euro with a failing economic climate would harm the uk more than France? I doubt it.
