What is this painting called and who is it by?

Question

It's a painting of two ballerinas and some women in the background. The ballerinas look like they are about to go in stage or something. One is to the left and bending down, and the one to the right and standing upright but looking downwards with bracelets on her wrists. Any help?

sounds like a painting by Edgar Degas. He did a number of "ballerina" paintings.
