Why aren't the Bible Thumpers in favor of abortion in cases of adultery?

There is even a recipe for a magic abortion inducing potion in the Bible. It wouldn't be there if you weren't supposed to use it.

    Life is sacred to God, and he views even an embryo as a distinct, living being. (Psalm 139:16) God stated that a person would be called to account for injuring an unborn child. So, in his eyes, killing an unborn child is murder.—Exodus 20:13; 21:22, 23.

    Under the Mosaic law covenant a form of compensation was involved in the case of a man falsely charging his wife with unfaithfulness (adultery). If the charge had been true, she would have suffered the wasting away of her reproductive organs, losing the privilege of childbearing, whereas, when she was found innocent, her husband was required to make her pregnant. Thus she could be blessed with a child. (Numbers 5:11-15, 22, 28) In no way was this procedure an abortion.
