Hello. I know there is 3 russian orthodox churches in LA. My cousin and I would like to attend the midnight easter service this weekend. Anyone know which church has better easter service, vibe and pastor?

As an Orthodox Christian I can state- the services will be basically the same for any Orthodox Church.
There is a difference in music between a Greek, Russian, Bulgarian or what have you- but the hymns and prayers will be the same.
Then among the different Russian Orthodox Churches one may have the service in Russian while one has it in English.
http://oca.org/parishes/state/CA is a list I'd say go to which ever one is closest to you.
If I were in LA the only reason I would choose one Orthodox Church over another would be to celebrate Pascha with some one I met at the start of Lent.
edit I've go the impression you're not to familiar with with Orthodox Church since you used the word Easter and not Pascha.

Your question is too specific. It requires that a native of LA happen to see your question. I'm not Orthodox, but Catholic. The closest church to me happens to be Antiochian Orthodox. I live in Lexington, KY and there also hapens to be a Greek church and an OCA church in a nearby town. And by coincidence, I happen to know a few families that attend the Antiochian Orthdox Church.
I'm like the former Latin Rite Catholic who left for the Byzantine Rite--Latin Rite Catholicism became too "lowest common denominator" after Vatican II. In fact, the very reason that Latin Catholics were able to receive the Holy Element in both species for the first time in several hundred years and recite the Mass in the vernacular was because of the influence of the Eastern Rite Churches during the Second Vatican Council.
Why don't you choose an OCA church and take your chances?

What is better for someone else may not be to your liking.
I am Latin Rite. I left my parish for a Byzantine Rite because I didn't like the drums and electric guitar. My former parish is very popular. So it would seem the average Catholic loves the loud obnoxious music. I find it irreverent.
If you can, consider popping in to each church at some time during Holy Thursday or Good Friday just to see for yourself which you find most favorable.
