Have you ever done a blindfolded trust walk?

I did it in scouts around an obsticle course. The leader had to get the entire group through the maze. He'd been walked through it before & was then blindfolded himself.

It was quite a challenge.

I sometimes play this game with my girlfriend. Usually i'm the leader and she is the "blind" player. I blindfold her with a scarf and make sure she can't peek. then I take her by the hand, and we go for a walk. as the leader i make sure that she feels safe but sometimes i also tease her a bit. we have lots of fun walking around like that. my girlfriend loves being blindfolded and doing the trust walk, esp. when she has no clue where we are going.

I done it once in church and I hated it. You really have to put all your trust in the person that is the leader, and I just had a hard time doing that. I would definitely prefer to be the one that isn't walking. I guess it was fun when I look back on it, but it wasn't enjoyable at the time.

Yes, I chose to be leader and led the group into a wall and caused a pile-up.

We tried it again, I was revoted as leader and did much better, we walked much further before I lead the line into another obstacle and created another pile-up.
