How to deal with an accidental pregnancy?

I'm 17 and my girlfriend is 15 and she is pregnant. Oddly enough, we're both excited for the baby, but where the fear comes in is telling our parents. I told my step mom already (she made the same mistake so she wasn't mad) but my Dad and Mom will KILL me. On the other hand, my girlfriend doesn't even live with her parents because of how abusive they are. She lives with her grandma. her step-dad is VERY abusive and VERY hateful towards everyone. Her mom is very neglectful and very uncaring of her. I WILL NOT abort the baby or put it up for adoption. I made the choice to risk this, so I must deal with the consequences. Please give me some good advice, I really need it.

Yeah I guess I would be afraid because you are now making them care/raise anotherr baby that they didn't want. You are obviously to young to raise a child and obviously too immature because you have NO idea how hard it is to raise a child and do a good job. So you choose to make your parents raise your mistake while you guys finish growing up. I feel very sorry for both your guys parents to have two selfish children, to ONLY think about what you guys want not what the extra stress would do to them.  What happens if they don't agree to raise your child?
