It's a really hard question, Kakashi is a Jonin, and Laxus the 2. Strongest Mage in Fairy Tail..

Hard to say lol.
Kakashi is arguably the strongest Jonin in the Leaf Village, has a wide variety of Ninjutsu, is proficient at both Genjutsu and Taijutsu and wields a powerful Sharingan.
Laxus is one of the strongest Mages in the Fairy Tail Guild and has powerful lightning magic.
Kakashi could use his Kamui and trap Laxus in another dimension and win the match.
Laxus can travel as lightning and attack Kakashi from behind. He can also shoot lightning from any part of his body. Laxus can overpower Kakashi by entering Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic mode which gives him the characteristics of a Lightning Dragon. Obviously Kakashi's lightning Jutsu won't have any effect on Laxus, if anything it'll make Laxus stronger.
Like I said it's hard to say but I give the edge to Laxus.
