iCloud back up restore to a device with an older version of iOS?
So I had an iPhone 4, broke the display and had to send it back to Apple for repair. During the time that my iPhone 4 was gone, I got an iPhone 5 but my iPhone 5 fell in to the toilet and is now away for repair so I wanna use my old iPhone 4 but the problem is everything I backed up is backed up with iOS 6.1.3 and my iPhone 4 has iOS 6.0.1 and isn't able to do anything. Can someone help me?

The iPhone 4 is able to be upgraded to iOS 6.1.3, just as the iPhone 5. Set up the 4 as a new iPhone. Upgrade it to the latest version of iOS. Then restore the iPhone 4 again with your backup from iCloud. Everything should restore normally.
You should stop using your phone while using the toilet ;-) it will cost you less.
