so iv been chatting up this bar maid for ages now i use to see her quiet often she allways smile across the bar tell me her latest doings and so on etc. and she told me her name there was abit of flirting going on i havent seen her in about 2 weeks at the bar i found her on facebook should i ask her for her facvebook in person#?????? or just randomly add her

Witch ever gives you the pleasure you want, and you feel respectable to her as a possible date.  I think I'd ask her first in person though, otherwise she might get the wrong idea and gross out.  Then she'll drop you and not smile and talk so friendly.  Wisdom from experience.  Gentlemen vs Brute.....

Do it in person, if you do it in facebook then it may be a bit creepy.   Go back and see her in person and chat it up with her.   Ask her she'd like to meet for a cup of coffee or something like that.

You can try randomly adding her, but I would not ask her out just yet. She very well might be flirting with you and not actually be interested. Barmaids tend to flirt with clientele as part of their job so don't assume that she actually likes you just yet.
