Looking for a rubber coating for twisted wire?

I make my own thin twisted triple cable by twisting thin (7/0.1) wires together. It works but the wires are prone to unraveling. What I'd like to do is, while I've got them stretched out and tightly twisted, apply a liberal coating of something that would bond them together but retain flexibility.

I've tried silicone RTV potting compound but it isn't very strong, it's a dust magnet, and its friction is too high which makes it hard to handle. I need something that will set to a smooth, low friction, flexible rubber.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Update:

The only sleeving that would suit is very thin walled silicone sleeving. Tried that. Got it about 10cm onto the wire before it stuck.

I'd forgotten about plasti-dip. That may do the job.

Used plasti-dip on some CT's I wound for myself, for a data logger in my panel here.

Then, sleeved secondary as a twisted pair with shrink tube, in addition to dip

EDIT:One thing Im not sure about is dielectric of plasti-dip, shrink I used in addition does have a 300v rating. Also sleeve that carries 600v.rating. If that's an issue, be safe rather than alternative

    Heat shrink tubing.
