Gun Debate still an issue?
After the Sandy Hook shooting there was a debate whether there should be stricter gun laws. Nothing happened as always. But i was wondering whether the debate is still going and a big issue in america right know or did it fade away as always?
I don´t wanna start a debate whether it´s the right way to go or not i just wanna know whether it´s still a public debate.

Oh, phooey. I know I had a thought there. Get's distracted by the ever changing moods of our news media. As long as they think they're winning the debate, that people are moving to their side (toward more people control, toward more "liberal" or "progressive" policies), they'll keep pushing their agenda. Then, when people suddenly start thinking for themselves, and making their heroes look stupid
