you must have made a new game tag because you should be able to redownload every thing for free under your old tag with no problems.if your using the same game tag then contact microsoft and find out what the problem is,because there shouldnt be one.good luck.

If ur using you're old gamertag then go to you're account and transfer content. Then u will get everything what uve downloaded back
