Actually i wanted to ask, i have smaller CCD sensor in my camera now i want to upgrade it by replacing  it with bigger sensor.

There's no point.  The image from the lens would still be the same size so you couldn't use all the new sensor, and bigger sensors have bigger pixels so you'd lose resolution.  And the firmware would need upgrading, and the electronics would need changing to control a different sensor.

And the electrical connectors would all be in the wrong place so it wouldn't be a straight swap.

So you are going to cut up your camera and insert more metal or plastic and a bigger lens in order to accomodate the bigger sensor??!!

Buy a DSLR or a CSC. That is the only way you can use a bigger sensor.

It can't be done. If you want a larger sensor you'll have to buy a DSLR.
