How can I file a consumer case ?
I want to file a consumer case against Emirates Airlines due a harrowing experience we faced last month while traveling in one of their flights to dubai because of which we missed the connecting flight to washington. Now they are unwilling to give us the refund & compensation for the entire fiasco.
Need urgent help to file a consumer case against them at the earliest.

Did the harrowing experience delay the flight landing....and was the connecting flight on the same ticket or on some different ticket always arranged by you and having nothing to do with Emirates ? Emirates obligation is what is on your ticket: fly you from point A to point B. Period.

Talk to a lawyer. It is pointless to ask here. It is also probably pointless to try to sue them, but do what ever you want to do.
