No doubt the meat fiasco is nothing new in China when you consider how hong king has had to restrict sales of baby food to those from the mainland rushing to buy hong kong goods as they do not trust Chinese fakes.

and chinese don't mind eating dogs, cats horse or anything that wriggles in the ground .
