What should I wear to my senior breakfast ?

Okay so it's going to be at a rusty pelican right next to the beach.

I'm tall and have skinny legs so I don't want to wear something too short but not too long because it is in the morning and its a casual kind of thing.

I'm thinking a light color but I just have to idea what style or store to find it.

Could be a dress or anything that appropriate for the occasion.
