Microsoft .NET Framework on Android devices ?

Is it possible to access the Microsoft .NET Framework on Android in order to use .net application on an Android Pad ?

Any hints, are there any apps to make this possible or is Microsoft blocking it?

    Microsoft doesn't allow the .net Framework to work on anything but Windows.
