It should have something to do with an island or animals that make an evolution. Maybe there is something existent where I can give some parameters from beginning on.

Life not always works that way - something REALLY good for free.
On of the most fun games of its kind was Spore by Electronic Arts. Sells for about 10 pounds online.
Also could try turn based strategy game - Civilization (by Sid Meier) - latest game is Civilization V
or maybe try Rise Of Nations.
I am afraid that you will not find a browser based game like this, which would be substantial enough to keep you entertained for more than 10 minutes.
