Virgin Mobile USA $35 per month no contract. You can lower the bill if you put the phone on auto pay mode to $30. I had this service for a while. The service was great. Customer support was excellent. The longest I ever waited for a Representative was maybe 5 minutes.

If you want the iPhone 5 you can wait a few month or something like that till Sprint puts the iPhone 5 on their list. Also if you don't see what is on the list wait a few days and they will keep adding or subtracting. Or go to one of their store or a radio shack or Wal-Mart.
