these people are all dumb, and have no idea what an ip address is...

your local ip address (given by your router, not able to be seen by others on the internet) you can find by opening up command prompt and typing ipconfig

Your external IP address which is given to you by your ISP you can get from somewhere like http://www.whatismyip.com/

Your external IP is what you use to connect to other computers across the internet.

BSNL users won't get unique ip address. they will get only dynamic ip.

if u want to get unique ip go to bsnl office and ask them for static ip address for ur connection (extra charges applicable).

NOTE: unique ip is dangerous. it can be tracable by any people.

disadvantges of having unique ip:

if u have installed any software with fake keys or cracks. that software will sent ip address to their company and they will trace ur ip. next day police will come to ur house and u will get beneift of body massages in jail and fine will be in millions i think so.
