Shimla & Manali are the best tourist destinations in himachal. From delhi come to Shimla first & stya there for 2 Days visit all the sight seeing places in & around Shimla & then move to Kullu-Manali & again stay there for 5 nights & here one can enjoy the river rafting, Zorbing etc. & in Rohtang you can enjoy the snow activities at that time also.
