I have to Do an interview on two people about gay marriage?
What are some questions I can ask or areas I can dive into to make the interview interesting and informative. I have to interview one person for it and one against it.

Do you see gay marriage as a civil rights issue?
How would you feel if you couldn't get married to the person you love? (say this one very gently)
Do you agree with the LGBT community that outlawing gay marriage is discrimination?
Do you know any gay people?

It isn't 'gay marriage.' It's marriage EQUALITY.
For the 'anti' folks - ask them how, precisely, they feel their own relationships are threatened by same-sex couples having equal rights. HOW is the fact of two men being married going to suddenly turn Hubby into a cockhound? Seriously! So many people make this ridiculous claim, but then state that THEIR marriage is in no danger. So... what's the problem?
Ask them if they think gay people choose to be gay. Then ask them if they chose to be straight--if they think they COULD choose to be otherwise.
With the 'for' people, just ask them if they know same-sex couples and why they favor equal rights...

1. Brittney Spears 55-hour straight (and "sanctified") marriage was TOTALLY a long term commitment. (sarcasm)
2. F*ck "tradition". We deserve rights.
3. Separate but "equal" is not equal. Just look up the Supreme Court ruling about that.
4. F*ck the majority. Minorities deserve rights too.

"A lot of people see certain similarities between the current Homosexual struggle for gay marriage and the African American struggle for civil rights. Before the 13th amendment, blacks and interracial couples (just like the Homosexuals of today) were not granted the right to marry. Do you think it's fair to draw certain parallels between the two? Are we dealing with another civil rights issue?"

Ask all about love, if they are married, why marriage is important to them, if they know gay people, things like that.

You got one against it here!
!/ They don't stay long enough together to warrant marriage
2/ Why change old traditions just for a small minority
3/ They have civil partnerships anyway
4/ The majority are against it
Just a few of the main reasons

1. Why do f@gs want special rights that everyone doesn't have?
2. Why shouldn't rape against dykes be legal?
3. Why do f@gs like to take it up the butt?
These are good ones.
