Understating Egyptian culture?
I want to understand how the Egyptians built the Pyramids, why the Jews were used to make them and what caused the collapse to free the Jews and there quest into Israel? I realize the bible could explain this but I want like documentaries or maybe good biography that aren't incredibly long or make no sense. It can be non fiction but I kinda want a consistent guide line.

The Jews were not used to make the pyramids. The pyramids were most likely built by farmers during the season in which the Nile flooded, as the farmers were free to leave their fields. The Bible says that Israelite slaves were used (Herodotus said the pyramids were built by slaves as well), but this is contradictory to archaeological evidence.
