Since Mitch McConnell's comment that he didn't go to Washington?
to pay for debts incurred by big spenders. Should the government stop funding red states, like his, that get more federal funding than they pay in federal taxes? Let Mitch find a way to pay for Kentucky.

Mitch is a US Senator so has no say about Kentucky State finances.
As for Kentucky getting more from Uncle Sugar than they pay in Federal taxes; seems to me that every State should starve out the Feds. It's the only way we'll ever get our Freedom back. In hindsight, it seems that Federalism was a bad idea. In 1785 it seemed the logical thing to do, but it isn't working out well.
