iphone 4s only charges when dead?
First it has to be completely dead in order to charge and if i unplug it and say it has 15% power, I have to wait till it completely dies before i can charge it and when I charge it , I can't turn it on. When I plug it in to my computer, it's not popping up on itunes. Is this a battery problem or something more?

It sounds like something more considering it won't open on the app store. Maybe a problem with the connections. Unfortunately, there is no way to assist you any further over the internet, but I would recommend bringing it in to the Genius Bar or even an Apple Authorized Service Partner for further testing. It may even be covered by your Apple warranty.

nicely which potential its charging and the battery is merely too low for use on the 2d. Wait upto 30 minutes and if it maintains to achieve this, take it to the apple keep and get it replaced
